    Will the Knesset dissolution harm the tax benefits in the periphery?

    At the end of the month, a temporary order regarding tax benefits in some municipalities are due to expire, and in the present situation of dispersal of the Knesset, there is a question mark regarding the extension of its validity.

    Adv. Racheli Guz-Lavi, a partner in the tax department of our firm, told Ynet that although there is a legal basis to automatically extend the benefits, the matter is on the table of the Israel Tax Authority, which is supposed to decide together with the attorney general.
