    The handling of Israeli crime organizations includes all criminal law enforcement bodies in Israel, however, it is actually the Tax Authority that holds the most effective tools to handle the profit generation methods of these organizations.

(CPA) Racheli Guz-Lavi proposes several solutions to increase the activity of the Tax Authority in taxing the profits of the organizations which will lead to revealing the heads of those organizations, alongside the criminal proceedings being conducted against them. “The fact that the profit generation is a result of criminal activity does not negate the Tax Authority’s right to tax accumulated profits from such criminal activities”.
