    Litigation and Dispute Resolution

    Adv. Doron Levy, senior partner and the head of the taxation and class action departments, adv. Aya Reich-Mina, a partner in litigation and dispute resolution department in the office and Adv. Maya Rechintz in our office represented a group of plaintiffs in a class action in collaboration with Itzhak Avraham & co Law office.

    The class action, which was submitted 8 years ago, that is concerning the “German Pension” Matter, a complex subject.

    According to the verdict, the defendants will pay the class action plaintiffs an amount of 75,000,000 Shekels.
