    Real Estate

    Adv. Yonathan Alfisher is an associate in the Finance and Real Estate Departments at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Yonathan specializes in preparing real estate financing agreements, energy and infrastructure financing agreements, debt restructurings and settlements as well as other complex credit transactions. Adv. Alfisher further engages in real estate transaction agreements for a diverse array of projects, including, residential and urban renewal projects.

    Adv. Alfisher is highly experienced in representing institutional investors, financing funds, contracting companies, real property project initiators and private individuals.
    Prior to joining our firm, Adv. Alfisher worked as an associate for a leading real estate law firm.
