    Real Estate

    Adv. Yonat Reine Harel is an associate in the Real Estate Department of Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Yonat is well versed in preparing agreements for a wide array of real estate transactions, including, commercial real estate projects, residential projects and urban renewal projects.

    Adv. Elbaz represents real estate project initiators and contractors through all stages of a project and transaction, from the early negotiations through to the registration and recording of the rights with the Land Registration Office.

    Yonat is experienced in advising yielding real estate companies in connection with large scale lease transactions for properties they hold, commercial real estate transactions as well as working vis-à-vis external advisors and real property managers.

    In addition, Yonat provides ongoing legal counselling to the firm’s clients, be they contractors or private clients.

    Prior to joining our firm, Yonat served as an associate in the real estate practice of a leading law firm.
