Yifat Weiss

Yifat Weiss is a Partner in the  Tax department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Ms. Weiss’ practice focuses on domestic and international taxation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Weiss worked as a tax attorney in Shenhav & Co. Advocates and Notary and served as a tax advisor in several large accounting firms in Israel. Ms. Weiss interned in the legal department of the Israeli Tax Authority.

Ms. Weiss is experienced in the preparation of tax opinions in connection with the Israeli and International tax aspects applicable, inter alia, to mergers and acquisitions transactions, international commercial transactions, individual and corporate tax planning and other tax matters.

Ms. Weiss is further experienced in the preparation of complex tax ruling applications submitted to the Israeli Tax on behalf of venture capital funds, high-tech companies and individuals.

Ms. Weiss specializes in all the tax aspects pertaining to incentive compensation plans of Israeli and U.S. companies, including providing legal advice in order to optimize tax efficiency, preparing the required documents in accordance with such advice and assisting in implementing such structures..
