    Yair Avraham is a Partner in the Tax department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Mr. Avraham specializes in litigation and dispute resolution with expertise in class actions and administrative class action representation.

    Mr. Avraham appears routinely before a wide range of courts and tribunals (including arbitration, mediation, appeal committees, etc).

    Mr. Avraham also advises the firm’s clients regarding consumer law and other legal fields which are subject to motions to certify a class action.
