    Yael David – Partner and Head of the Media & Entertainment Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Yael specializes in commercial law and intellectual property, with a focus on copyright law and the entertainment industry. She has extensive experience providing legal counsel and representing leading companies in the field, as well artists and creators. Yael accompanies her clients throughout the entire legal process, from initial legal consultation and drafting commercial contracts to managing complex mediation and negotiation processes.

    With vast experience in formulating legal strategies and offering solutions for complex legal issues in the media and entertainment sector, Yael provides her clients with professional and personal guidance, deeply understanding their business and legal needs, including:

    • Managing legal proceedings in production, distribution, and copyright protection.
    • Drafting commercial contracts, managing mediation and negotiation processes.
    • Trademark registration and legal proceedings in intellectual property.
    • Providing legal counsel in privacy and accessibility for websites.
    • Assisting corporations with registration, incorporation procedures, and preparing agreements and protocols.
