Nadav Samorai

Adv. Nadav Samurai is an associate in the High-Tech and Venture Capital Department in Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Adv. Samurai regularly advises corporations on all their ongoing business activities and operations, from the early stage of their formation, through to their capital raising rounds, initial public offering or merger or acquisition. He advises local Israeli and foreign venture capital funds, advises in debt and capital financing transactions, M&As, corporate governance matters, as well as broad range of commercial and corporate transactions. In this respect, Nadav will handle the transaction from its early negotiations phase through the various transaction documents and until the successful closing of each transaction.

Adv. Samurai completed his legal internship with the firm, and upon completion, was invited to join the team as an associate.
