Michal Geist Spier

Michal Geist Spier is an attorney in the Firm’s Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Michal’s main areas of practice focus on providing legal advice to corporations regarding their ongoing operations and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Michal worked as a prosecutor at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office in the Taxation and Economics Division, where she gained experience managing cases in various courts, preparing written and oral legal arguments, and conducting negotiations.

Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2021.
