Keren Zukin

Adv. Keren Zoukin is a senior associate in the Real Estate Department, at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Adv. Zoukin specializes in advising on various real estate transactions, e.g., real property combination agreements, urban renewal projects, sale and acquisition of rights in dissolution of joint ownership of real property and, self-build construction projects.

Keren has represented real property owners, real estate project initiators and contractors in a diverse range of agreements, e.g., real estate joint ventures, option and sharing agreements, agreements with contractors and other professional advisors, real estate financing agreements and more. In addition, Keren handles the required reports and filings to the tax authorities in connection with transactions, and represents clients vis-à-vis such authorities as well as development authorities, and the Land Registration Authority.

Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Zoukin was an associate for 10 years with Tzvi Shoob Law Office, and prior to that, she was an associate for 3 years with S. Biran & Co., and before that she was an associate for 4 years with David Yitzhaki Law Office.
