Adv. Dor Rosenfeld is an Associate in the Insolvency and Banking Litigation Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Adv. Rosenfeld’s practice focuses on insolvency cases, including company liquidation procedures, creditor arrangements, stays and suspensions of proceedings, receiverships, and bankruptcies.

Adv. Rosenfeld has skill and experience managing complex legal proceedings in these areas of expertise, which require creative tactics and strategy while utilizing a variety of legal tools, including temporary remedies (temporary restraining orders, injunctions, seizure orders, seizures, etc.). He regularly represents a wide range of the firm’s clients in these areas, including banks and non-banking funds, private and public companies and private clients.
