Adv. Sela specializes in commercial litigation proceedings, and is an expert in insolvency proceedings, including, receiverships, liquidations, bankruptcy and execution proceedings.
Adv. Sela possesses special skills and experience in managing complex legal proceedings involving the need for strategic planning, tactical planning and creativity, implementing a wide range of legal tools, including temporary reliefs, injunctions, repossessions, foreclosures etc.
In addition, Daniel specializes in complex proceedings in the real estate field, specifically, in vacate & build projects, NOP 38 projects, representation of real property purchase groups and more.
Prior to joining Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., Adv. Sela served as deputy-head of the Litigation Department in the law firm Goldman, Erlich, Edelstein, Avigad & Co.
Between 2009 – 2020, Adv. Sela worked as an associate in a leading commercial litigation boutique law firm.
