    Hi-Tech and Venture Capital

    Dana Lubin is an attorney in the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Dana provides legal counsel to startups and hi-tech companies in their ongoing operations, including guidance on acquisition and investment agreements.

    Additionally, Dana offers legal advice to various types of investment funds on all aspects related to fund establishment and ongoing operations.

    Dana completed her internship in the Firm’s Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Department and joined as an attorney after her admission to the bar.
