Chagit has wide experience in representing international and domestic investors as well as wide range of companies and was involved in prominent transactions involving some of the leading venture capital funds in Israel and some of the largest transactions concluded in Israel.
Chagit is highly experienced in advising broad range of companies in the Hi-Tech and Bio-Tech industries, from early stage start-ups to large public companies in diverse fields of practice ranging from software and internet companies to medical device and life science.
Chagit provides legal guidance to emerging growth companies from inception through private financings and exits and provides executives, directors and investors with legal services and advice in respect to all their corporate and commercial activities, including IP licensing, employment matters, complex commercial contracts and issues associated with M&A transactions and post-acquisition integrations.
In addition, Chagit has long experience in environmental law, representing in the past the Ministry of Environmental Protection and representing commercial and urban companies in environmental legal proceedings including class actions, criminal and administrative proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Chagit owned her own boutique law firm after a long career as a partner in a prominent commercial law firm specializing in the venture capital market.
