Denis Godyaev

Adv. Denis Godayev is an associate in the High-Tech and Venture Capital Department, at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Denis advises start-up companies through the various stages of their development, private equity funds, international venture capital funds, strategic investors and international corporations, on a wide range of local and international transactions.

Adv. Godayev’s primary focus is on advising corporations on their ongoing activities, from the stage of incorporation through equity financing rounds and an exit transaction taking the form of an initial public offering or M&A. He also advises venture capital funds, both, local and international, as well as on capital and debt raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, a diverse range of corporate and commercial agreements, including the negotiations stage of such transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Godayev had completed his legal internship with a leading commercial law firm in Tel Aviv.
