    Non-educational conflict: ORT sued ORT and received NIS 28 million

    After 12 years, the conflict between ORT Israel and World ORT ended.

    ORT Israel has been part of World ORT for decades. In 2006, a conflict arose between ORT Israel and World Ort.

    We filed a claim in behalf of ORT in the Tel Aviv District Court, which led to the receipt of 28 million NIS. Recently, the Supreme Court ruled in the mutual appeals filed by the parties.

    The file was handled by Adv. Asaf Biger, Adv. Efraim Ofek Aharon, Adv. Niran Dor and Rotem Raz.
