Erez Haver, head of our insolvency and corporate rehabilitation and litigation practice, who had been appointed as liquidator to Bramely’s group of companies, had successfully collected NIS 40 millions out of its total debts, and he expects to be able to collect a further NIS 50 million, in addition to a claim filed against the office holders for NIS 75 million which is currently pending.
