Our Commercial Law Department specializes in various sectors, including traditional industries, microelectronics, infrastructure, energy and natural gas, telecommunications, Hi-Tech and IT (software and hardware), food, medical equipment, and e-commerce. We also assist foreign and multi-national corporations in penetrating the Israeli market and support Israeli companies in their overseas ventures.
What we do
- We provide our clients with full transactional support from the initial formulation of the engagement framework, to drafting letters of intent and memoranda of understanding, conducting due diligence, drafting a wide range of commercial agreements (including JV agreements, investment agreements, statutory mergers, asset purchase agreements, licensing and franchise agreements, and distribution and resale agreements), managing negotiations, closing the deal and monitoring the implementation of the deal’s provisions in accordance with the signed agreements.
- We have a particular expertise in tender and public procurement laws, including assisting our client to submit their tender bids and e provide on – going support through the performance of the works underlining the tender.
- We have also gained significant experience in the energy sector and in projects of renewable energy and natural gas, including preparation of relevant agreements (project financing, EPC and O&M agreements).
- We advise on corporate governance and have a deep understanding of how the regulator operates. We often act as local counsel of multi-national corporations on regulatory issues to ensure compliance with local regulations.
