    Adv. Erez Haver has been appointed to be the provisional liquidator of Kela Fund and Rubicon business

    Adv. Erez Haver, a partner at APM & Co. and head of the firm’s Insolvency and Banking Litigation department, has been appointed by the court to be the provisional liquidator of Kela fund. Following Adv. Haver’s report, the court came to the conclusion that the parent company, Rubicon, should be liquidated as well, also by Adv. Haver.
