    Adv. Assaf Oren, of our firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, explained that the ruling opens a “wide door” for providing protection to property owners and entrepreneurs seeking to avoid premature property tax assessments.
    Moreover, the ruling may help provide an exemption for those who wish to build a home using a contractor, as well as helping homeowners who seek to strengthen existing structures through NOP 38.
