    Adv. Ayelet Torem, a partner in our law firm’s High Tech and Venture Capital department, states that the incubators tenders became a very attractive commodity among conglomerates. She points out several trends that lead to that result, among which are the changes in franchise structure and reduced uncertainty regarding the transfer of intellectual property outside Israel. According to Adv. Torem, any entity that takes part in the tender ought not to contend unless bringing along a real added value with it.
