Adv. Eldad Koresh participated In a panel which dealt with the question of the ownership of natural resources as part of the Law Conference

Adv. Eldad Koresh, our firm’s Managing Partner and Head of the Commercial Department, participated in a panel which dealt with the question of the ownership of natural resources.

Among  the panel participants were the Minister of the Environment, Mr. Amir Peretz, who claimed that the State must not touch the State’s shale reservoirs  in next few years. On the contrary, it should preserve the reservoirs for the use of the following generation.

Adv. Eldad Koresh, who is General Counsel of The Association of Oil and Gas Exploration Industries in Israel, referred to Mr. Peretz’s claims by saying that “the State of Israel cannot change the “game rules” retroactively after setting a licensing and franchise granting policy”.
