The topic of the lecture of Adv. Koresh was “The Antitrust Authority- Authority without Responsibility”. In the lecture Adv. Koresh has share with the present audience the status on the basis of his experience and knowledge in the field.
Among other things Adv. Koresh said that “The target killing to reduce the bureaucratic burden in Israel which the senior persons in the government have spoken about, is the targeting of the Industry and not bureaucracy. The antitrust authority which its original goal is to protect where competition in the industry is being harmed, has received in the recent years another roll as the “Industry Architect”. Members of the Kneset which their vote is bias many time by populism, have approved law that allow the authority to stray from its original goal and to embrace itself more significant rolls”. Furthermore, adds Adv. Koresh and said “The process which the antitrust authority receives a duty of a form changer authority through it it imposes a daily conducting, stands alone in the world. While receiving authority is always followed by responsibility, the Antitrust Authority is not responsible to the consequences and results of its decisions. This way many businesses in are getting hurt without any one to turn to. It is a significant damage to the free market”.
Through his lecture Adv. Koresh has cited prime minister, Benyamin Netanyahu, and the minister of education and the head of the high education council, Naftali Benet. The prime minister and the education minister have shown their fundamental approach to the bureaucracy that is going on in the country, and the need to abolish it.
On the other hand Adv. Koresh had shown this behavior by the current government.
