    Real Estate

    Adv. May Zan is an associate in the Real Estate Department of Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    May is experienced in drafting and negotiating a diverse range of real estate agreements and transactions for commercial, residential, investment and urban renewal projects.

    May represents real estate project initiators and developers, as well as contractors and construction companies through all stages of a real estate transaction, from the early, initial negotiations and until the recording of the rights with the Office of the Land Registration Authority.

    May possesses experience in advising companies that invest and hold yielding real estate properties across the country, commercial lease agreements, as well as in working with property managers and external property advisors, appraisers, and the like.

    May ongoingly advises and represents the firm’s clients in their business activities, including private contractor companies and individuals involved in the real estate market.

    Admissions:

    • Admitted to the Israel Bar Association since 2022.

    Education:

    • LL.B. from the College of Management (2019).
