Adv. Daniel Marcovici is a partner at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., and head of the Capital Markets Department.
Daniel has vast experience in corporate and securities laws, as well as in handling and advising on complex commercial transactions, including, amongst others, financing and investments in corporations, acquisition of securities, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and public securities issuances on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
For more than 20 years Daniel has been representing a diverse array of clients, both investors and corporations, in financing and investment transactions in public and private companies, as well as in M&As, capital raisings by start-ups and a diverse range of commercial transactions.
Daniel advises private and public companies in relation to their ongoing and daily activities and business dealings, and in this capacity, he frequently partakes in meetings of boards of directors and general meetings of shareholders of his clients. The legal services he provides further covers matters such as corporate governance, interested party transactions, transactions with controlling shareholders, and general representation vis-à-vis the Israeli Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Adv. Marcovici joined the firm as head of the Capital Market Department in 2021 after having spent some 20 years in one of Israel’s leading law firms.
