Adv. Ohad Gavish is an associate in the Real Estate Department in Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.
Adv. Gavish specializes in all aspects of the discipline of real estate, planning and construction, including in the representation of private and commercial clients, as well as planning and construction litigation before all relevant committees and court instances.
Adv. Gadish also advises on all planning aspects of real estate transactions, including betterment levies, planning implications, expropriations of land and expropriation related compensation, as well as representation on these matters before appellate committees and all relevant court instances.
Adv. Gavish is an expert in planning and licensing, in which capacity he promotes building outline plans dealing with increasing land value and building rights, re-designation of agricultural land to commerce and residential uses and more. Frequently, Adv. Gavish advises clients through the building and construction licensing and permit process, from the initial application to the local committee, through to representation before appellate committees and court instances, and concluding with the grant of the building permit for the project. In this capacity, he often represents clients in objection proceedings and appellate hearings against planning permits and plans, be them the project initiators or the objecting parties.
Adv. Gavish completed his legal internship with the law firm of Goldfarb Seligman, after which he worked as an associate at Spigelman Koren Zamir & Co. In May 2019 Adv. Gavish joined Goldman, Erlich, Edelstein Avigad & Co. as an associate heading the planning and building practice area.
