    The court upheld two withdrawal motions by 2 clients of Israel Discount Bank Ltd. and Bank Hapoalim Ltd., who had filed a class action certification motion against the banks, on the grounds of the banks’ refusal to deposit funds in the clients’ accounts that originated from the sale of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin. The banks were represented by Adv. Sharon Lubezky Hess, partner and Adv. Yaniv Holtzman of our firm.
