    Adv. (CPA) Racheli Guz-Lavi, puts matter in order: “The government established a compensation fund operating by virtue of the Property and Compensation Fund Law. The Law grants two types of compensation – compensation for direct damage caused to a person’s body or property, or, alternatively, indirect damages caused by an act of war. The compensation will be computed as the lower of the difference between the value of the property before and after the damage being caused, or, expenses actually expended in rehabilitating or refurbishing the property.
