Furthermore, Sahar possesses over 15 years of experience in handling a wide range of transactions, including licensing and commercialization of Intellectual Property, Research and Development agreements, investment and finance transactions, joint ventures, distribution and agency agreements, services & IT, and more. Sahar is also experienced in Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation.
Sahar provides his clients legal counsel with respect to their Intellectual Property Assets, in obtaining efficient protection, their use and commercialization, and particularly, in designing their Intellectual Property Strategy and the creation of barriers to entry for both established companies and startups, in initial development and later stages.
Prior to joining Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., Sahar was a partner with Carmel, Peled & Co., a boutique firm specializing in the fields of Intellectual Property and Commercial Law, and worked in IBM, Playtech and Gilat, Bareket & Co.
