    Adv. Liron-Levy Lev, an associate in our firm’s Real Estate and Construction department, provides a legal update regarding the court’s recent ruling in Yahly Built – For Me Ltd. vs. Yitzhaki and others. The court stated that damages may only be imposed on a tenant who refuses to take part in a gentrification project if the building has been declared by the government as eligible for gentrification.
