Netanel Deutsch is an attorney Of Counsel in the Real Estate Department of Amit Pollak Matalon & Co.
Netanel specializes in all aspects of real estate and represents developers and landowners in diverse and complex real estate transactions, combining legal, economic, banking, and real estate appraisal expertise. He has managed and promoted dozens of complex residential and commercial projects worth hundreds of millions of NIS, with an emphasis on advising homeowners and developers in urban renewal projects.
Additionally, Netanel has a background in insolvency and advises clients on all legal aspects related to banking support for projects and dealing with projects that have encountered difficulties.
Netanel represents buyers, homeowners, developers, and condominium associations in various legal proceedings, including enforcement of rights under the Sale of Apartments Law, disputes in urban renewal projects (troubled projects, equal consideration, tenant refusal lawsuits, conflicts between residents), and conflicts between homeowners in shared buildings.
