    Hi-Tech and Venture Capital

    Yuval Kahlon is an attorney in the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Attorney Kahlon interned in the firm’s Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Department and, upon completion, returned as an attorney following her certification.

    Yuval provides legal counsel to startups, innovation centers, and venture capital funds, focusing on commercial agreements, corporate governance, and ongoing advisory services for technology companies at various stages. As part of her role, she collaborates with the Israel Innovation Authority, offering clients guidance on regulations and innovative funding opportunities.

    Before joining the firm, Yuval gained managerial experience at the Kidum Group, where she led teams and developed content, enhancing her skills in project leadership and complex process management.
