    Real Estate

    Shoval Blaustein is an associate in the Real Estate Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Shoval has experience drafting agreements for various types of real estate transactions, including commercial projects, residential projects, land projects, and urban renewal projects. She assists developers and contractors throughout all stages of the transaction, from initial negotiations to the registration of rights with the Land Registry Office.

    Shoval also has experience advising companies that hold income-generating real estate assets nationwide, including drafting commercial lease agreements and working with property managers and external consultants.

    Additionally, Shoval provides legal support for the ongoing activities of our clients, including construction companies and private individuals.

    Shoval interned in the Real Estate Department at the firm and returned as an associate upon completion of her internship.
