Proud to have represented Playtech in a restructured Strategic Agreement with the Caliente Group

Our firm led the original transaction with Caliente and Caliplay in 2014 and its first restructuring in 2021.

We now participated in the new restructuring of the relationship with the Caliente Group, leading to the formation of Caliente Interactive in the U.S. and its merger with Caliplay.

Playtech will receive a significant equity stake in the new company, which is expected to be a multi-billion dollar business, and is entering into various corporate and commercial arrangements with the new company and its subsidiaries.

Our firm was responsible and led the negotiations of a major critical aspect of this new transaction and of a suite of agreements and arrangements forming part of the overall transaction.
